Panaskan 2 sendok makan minyak zaitun dengan menggunakan api sedang.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan beras, goreng sebentar sambil diaduk.&lt;br /&gt;3. Tuang air panas dan 1/2 sendok teh garam. &lt;br /&gt;4. Panci ditutup, biarkan selama 15 menit hingga air menyusut. Sisihkan&lt;br /&gt;5. Panaskan oven 190 derajat.&lt;br /&gt;6. Begitu sampai di Jerman, pengen bikin kupat tahu tapi begitu browsing resep, kok pada susah semua sedangkan inginnya sih hampir segampang beli di emang-emang, hihihihi... gak mau susah biasa. Jadilah kupat tahu maksa ini.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;BAHAN:&lt;br /&gt;Ketupat/lontong&lt;br /&gt;Dua potong tahu ukuran sedang, goreng sebentar&lt;br /&gt;200 g tauge&lt;br /&gt;4 sendok makan peanut butter&lt;br /&gt;2 sendok teh sambal botol pemuda (sambal ulek juga boleh)&lt;br /&gt;1 sendok teh gula jawa&lt;br /&gt;1 sendok teh bawang putih halus&lt;br /&gt;250 ml air hangat (atau bila ingin kental 300 ml)&lt;br /&gt;kerupuk secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;bawang goreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;br /&gt;1. Campurkan tepung terigu, dengan garam, dan ragi instant.&lt;br /&gt;2. Masukkan air hangat dan minyak selagi diuleni selama 10 menit, bulatkan adonan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Rasanya sangat gurih karena ditambahkan dengan sumsuam (sumsum?). Berhubung harus diimprovisasi menjadi resep vegetarian, kemudian digantilah si sumsuam dengan remasan kerupuk kampung.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan:&lt;br /&gt;2 potong tahu&lt;br /&gt;½ bungkus mie, rebus sebentar, tiriskan&lt;br /&gt;4 buah kerupuk kampung/aci, diremas hingga hancur&lt;br /&gt;1 sendok teh ketumbar&lt;br /&gt;½ sendok teh merica&lt;br /&gt;15 butir cabai rawit&lt;br /&gt;1 butir telur, kocok lepas&lt;br /&gt;1 sendok teh kaldu sayuran&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bumbu halus:&lt;br /&gt;4 butir ketumbar, disangrai sebentar&lt;br /&gt;1 siung bawang putih digoreng&lt;br /&gt;2 butir bawang merah digoreng&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;br /&gt;1. Haluskan bumbu. Tumis bumbu halus dengan sedikit minyak.&lt;br /&gt;2. Haluskan tahu, campur dengan remasan kerupuk, mie, ketumbar, merica, cabai rawit, telur, kaldu sayuran dan bumbu halus hingga rata.&lt;br /&gt;3. Kukus hingga matang.&lt;br /&gt;4. Potong-potong terung, rendam dalam air garam supaya tidak berubah warna.&lt;br /&gt;2. Goreng terung hingga layu, sisihkan.&lt;br /&gt;3. Haluskan cabai merah, bawang merah dan bawang putih.&lt;br /&gt;4. Tumis bawang merah, bawang putih, cabai merah hingga harum. Masukkan irisan tomat, masak hingga layu dan agak berair.&lt;br /&gt;5.
